> Constructability and value engineering review of plan sets
> Assessment of project job sites for needed work items, phasing plans, and potential challenges
> Quantity takeoffs and work item assessments for unit price bidding
> Prepare prebid project budget and schedule
> Preparation of bid documents, special provisions, and advertisements for bid proposals
> Hold prebid meetings and answer contractor questions during bid process
> Conduct the bid opening, prepare post bid project cost summary, issue notice of award, perfect contracts and issue notice to proceed
> Provide onsite construction management for all construction activity including stormwater management, construction inspections, monitoring quality control testing and management of all necessary field changes
> Evaluate and process all progress billings, field measure invoiced work items and submit approved billings to the owner
> Job walks for project completion, prepare and manage punch list items
> Advertise for retainage releases, monitor warranty items, perform final walk for contractual final acceptance
> Inspect and monitor stormwater facilities
> Perform maintenance on stormwater facilities
> Document and report inspections and maintenance performed
