The Empire team is comprised of the best professionals in the industry.  Our past performance demonstrates our skills, experience, and ability to manage any project efficiently and professionally while providing the client with a quality finished project that was built in the most efficient and cost effective manner.


Retired military with over 25 years of experience in organizational skills including problem solving, decision making, budgeting, cost estimating and accounting, and resource management.  Experience with private developers, Federal Highway Administration projects, CDOT Local Agency projects, numerous infrastructure projects including management of a major demolition project and full project management.


Over 12 years experience with full responsibility from conception to completion for multiple major Northern Colorado projects. Experienced with private developers and CDOT Local Agency projects and has full responsibility for plan constructability reviews, cost estimating and cost accountability, full project management and quality assurance.


An as-needed consultant with over 40 years experience in the industry.  Degree in Construction Management from CSU. Taught pro bono for CSU Construction Management Masters program.  Has developed ares in Value and Constructability Plan Reviews, cost estimating, public bidding procedures, cost accounting and field management of projects.
